Ronald M Zuber of Mesa, AZ passed away on August 24, 2013. He was born on December 16, 1918 to John and Fay Zuber in Montgomery County, Iowa. He was raised on a farm outside of Villisca, Iowa. He loved working the farm with his brothers and especially enjoyed working with the horses.

Ronald was a decorated World War II veteran that served in both the North Africa and Italian campaigns. After the war he returned to Iowa and in 1960 relocated to Mesa AZ.

He is survived by sister-in-law Phyllis Zuber, 8 nieces and nephews, 11 great nieces and nephews and 11 great, great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Falconer Funeral Home, 251 W Juniper Ave, Gilbert AZ. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at Arlington Cemetery, Montgomery County, Iowa.
