Ms Paulette Yvonne Zembeck of Gold Canyon Arizona, formerly of New York City, passed away Saturday November 15 in Gilbert, Arizona. She was the child of John Zembeck and Pauline Herbik. Paulette was a member of Saint George’s Parish in Apache Junction AZ. She earned a Masters degree in sociology from Columbia University, could read and write in German and was renown for her fine continental manners and her financial acumen.

Paulette was a passionate traveler who cruised extensively with her late mother. As American Express and her passport can attest, she had personally visited 96 countries from Ethiopia and Timbuktu, South Africa, Asia and Europe.

Her New York career was as varied as her travels, culminating in a 14-year assignment as Executive Assistant to the founder’s daughter at ALLEN & COMPANY the prestigious, private Investment bank.

Paulette is survived by her brother, John Zembeck of Henderson, NV; nieces Kristin England of Houston, TX, and Susan Looney of Bedford, TX ; and nephew, John Erik Zembeck of Burlington, MA.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint George Roman Catholic Church, 300 16th Ave Apache Junction at 10:30 AM on the 5th of December followed by interment at Saint Francis, Cemetery 2033 North 48th Street Phoenix.
