Lauren Reed, Office Administrator Website: www.falconerfuneralhome.com Office Phone: 480-892-9411 Fax: 480-545-5207 I am a native to Arizona and a single mother of an 8 year old son whom I adore. I have served as an Administrative Assistant/Manager for over 12 yrs and love what I do. I specialize in office organization and customer service relationships. I enjoy cooking, seeing movies and reading. I feel it is an honor serving those who are struggling with the loss of a loved one. Attention to details is my top concern and minimizing stress to our families. |
I am a Phoenix, AZ native, and I have spent several years serving hundreds of families and introducing preplanning solutions and aftercare support services. I've been a Funeral Arranger, Family Care Specialist, and a Certified Preplanning Agent, holding my insurance license with the Arizona State Board of Insurance. I'm also a certified presenter and educator with the City of Phoenix’s division of Senior Recreation and Parks. In addition to my ongoing commitment to serve my home state communities, I am a proud veteran of the United States Army where I served as a Finance Specialist and Business Administration Specialist. I take great satisfaction in assisting others with every aspect of their preplanning requirements, taking every detail into consideration, no matter how small, large, or complex. Every family is special and unique. With questions, I always respond quickly with kindness, understanding, and expertise. My goal is to create a meaningful experience for every family, every time, hoping to bring the peace of mind that everyone deserves when they have finished the preplanning process. I am a member of Pleasant View Christian Church in Phoenix and enjoy cooking, playing guitar, and traveling to any place that has a body of water to enjoy. www.mytributeplanner.com/ksteele/ |
