We believe that when you call our funeral home with a question, the last person you want to talk with is an answering service, which is why we are dedicated to answering the call, day or night. Falconer Funeral Home was recently awarded the “Excellence In Family Service” by The Order of the Golden Rule, resulting from our independent customer service surveys.  We are proud of our accomplishments of an overall “Superior “ rating by those who have participated in the surveys.  Here are just a few of the actual comments being made:
